Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used electronic cigarette devices, e-liquids, cartridges, or accessories. Any item that has been tampered with will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or videos as proof. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
